Job summary

Hiliving Projects LLP is seeking an Architect with 3-4 years of experience for on-site work in Egmore, Chennai. The role focuses on AutoCAD-driven architectural design, working drawings, and active site coordination within Real Estate/Residential projects.

The candidate should excel in preparing detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, and coordination with structural/MEP teams, ensuring timely execution and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in real estate/residential construction.
• B.Arch degree required.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, architectural design, working drawings, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, concept drawings, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop and modify layouts, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed drawings as per project requirements and applicable standards.
• Support design development from concept stage to project execution.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team to ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
• Review and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Ensure drawings and designs are completed within project timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and updated architectural drawings.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Residential Construction industry. The candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD, architectural design, working drawings, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, concept drawings, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop and modify layouts, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed drawings as per project requirements and applicable standards.
• Support design development from concept stage to project execution.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the execution team to ensure drawings are implemented correctly.
• Review and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of space planning, layouts, elevations, and design detailing.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Experience: 3-4 years in Architecture, preferably in Real Estate / Residential Projects.
• Candidates with experience in architectural design, working drawings, and site coordination will be preferred.
