Job summary

Sanvi Business Solutions in Chennai is seeking a Junior Architect to join immediately and contribute to residential and commercial projects. You will assist senior architects with drafting, 3D modeling, and site coordination. You will prepare 2D drawings and develop 3D renders using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion/V-Ray, while supporting material selection and design detailing.

The role is based in T. Nagar with an immediate joining capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Create 3D models, renders, and presentation sheets for client meetings

• Visit project sites for measurements, progress tracking, and coordination with contractors
• Prepare BOQ, mood boards, and support documentation work
• Coordinate with interior, MEP, and structural teams for smooth project execution
