Job summary

CollegeSearch is seeking an experienced architect/designer to develop and present architectural designs and plans for diverse projects in Chennai. You will ensure compliance with building codes, meet clients to discuss requirements, revise designs based on feedback, and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

You'll supervise juniors and monitor construction to guarantee design adherence.

Qualifications

• Architects and designers with architecture and interior design background.
• Strong detailing knowledge and CMDA rules familiarity.
• Proficient in Photoshop and presentation tools.
• Proficient in 3D and renders; BOQ knowledge helpful.
• Site knowledge is advantageous; willing to learn and analytical.
