Qualifications

• B.Arch is required and professional registration is valued.
• 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of detailing, construction methods, and materials.
• Residential project experience is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and approvals is advantageous.
