Job summary

Genpact is seeking a MSD 365 CRM Functional professional to gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and configure CRM modules. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to define processes, security, and dashboards.

Role requires hands-on FRD creation, data migration support, and test planning. You will collaborate with developers and project managers, participate in upgrades, and provide production support in a hybrid India-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience implementing or configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and JD Edwards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other CRM functions.
• Translate requirements into Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications and FRDs.
• Configure Business Process Flows, Rules, Workflows, Forms, Views, Dashboards, and Security roles.
• Support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, UAT plans, and resolve defects.
• Provide production support and assist in upgrades and release management.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers throughout implementation.
