Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Principal Architect for Enterprise Applications in India to define and govern the technology stack across IT initiatives. You will act as the central point of contact for architecture, coordinating with infrastructure, infosec, data privacy, and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.

You will develop architecture blueprints, define standards, guide cross-functional teams, assess new technologies, and mentor junior architects and developers, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering/IT).
• Masters in Software Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in enterprise application architecture and governance.

Responsibilities

• Finalize technology stack for IT ecosystem initiatives.
• Serve as SPOC for architecture with internal Genpact teams and stakeholders.
• Lead architecture governance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture blueprints and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on integration into existing systems.
• Lead design discussions and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Ensure adherence to architecture principles and patterns across projects.
