Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and configure CRM modules including Sales, Service, and Insights/Journeys.

You will define business process flows, security roles, and dashboards while coordinating with architects and developers to ensure alignment with standard Dynamics 365 functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Ability to design and configure CRM modules, Business Process Flows and Rules.
• Proven collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Strong testing and UAT support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across sales and service.
• Translate requirements into FRDs and functional specs for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Configure modules, flows, rules, forms, dashboards, and access rights.
• Collaborate with developers to validate functional solutions and support integrations.
• Support data migration, testing, and UAT activities; provide training material.
