Qualifications

• B.Arch mandatory.
• 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Healthcare and Educational/Institutional Projects.
• Experience in government hospitals, medical colleges, schools, or university projects preferred.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit Architecture (BIM).
• Knowledge of Navisworks, BIM coordination, and clash detection preferred.
• Experience in GFC drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Work on healthcare and educational/institutional building projects.
• Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect with 56 years of relevant experience in Healthcare and Educational/Institutional Projects, preferably government projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural design, planning, working drawings, and BIM/Revit skills, with hands-on experience in hospital, medical college, school, university, or institutional building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Work on healthcare and educational/institutional building projects.
• Develop and coordinate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
