Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and Revit-based project delivery across assigned projects.
• Manage architectural Revit models, drawings, detailing and construction documentation.
• Oversee architectural packages from design development through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Review architectural models and drawings for technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, façade, fire and life safety, and other consultants.
• Identify and resolve design, technical and multidisciplinary coordination issues.
• Ensure consistency between Revit models, drawings, schedules and documentation.
• Monitor deliverables, resource requirements, revisions and programme timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure effective design delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and Revit team members.

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in an architectural design consultancy, with a strong background in residential, commercial, office, hotel or mixed-use developments. The candidate should be capable of leading architectural packages, managing project deliverables, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and ensuring high standards of design quality and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Substantial experience working with an architectural design consultancy.
• Proven experience in large-scale residential, commercial, office, hotel or mixed-use projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural design development, technical detailing and construction documentation.
• Experience managing architectural packages and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Ability to lead project teams, manage deliverables and maintain design and documentation quality.
• Strong technical, coordination, communication and leadership skills.
