Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and submission drawings per DCPR 2034.
• Produce working drawings and detail drawings, including Mivan drawings and 3D visualisation/elevation design.
• Support architectural design development and coordinate with civil and structural engineers.
• Participate in site visits and update drawings as needed.

Role Description: This is a full-time Architect / Architecture Draftsperson role based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, submission drawings as per DCPR 2034, working drawing/detail drawings, Mivan drawings, 3d visualisation/ elevation design. Responsibilities include supporting architectural design development, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, and assisting in integrating design solutions with project requirements. The person in this role will participate in site visits and update drawings as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, etc ) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Degree in Architecture,
• Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
