Job summary

Point To Point Consultants in Mumbai seeks an experienced Architectural Draftsman for Borivali West. The role focuses on producing detailed working drawings for high-rise projects and ensuring accuracy across plans, sections, elevations and centre lines.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of architectural drawings, and proven ability to coordinate with MEP and RCC/Structural teams while supporting site execution. Mumbai familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Strong knowledge of architectural working drawings.
• Understanding of Plans, Sections, Elevations and Centre Line drawings.
• Understanding of MEP & RCC drawings.
• Experience with high-rise building projects in Mumbai.

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings.

• Maintain drawing accuracy and proper documentation.

Point To Point Consultants is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Borivali West, Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly those who have hands-on experience with architectural working drawings and high-rise building projects in Mumbai and its suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings
• Prepare Plans, Sections, Elevations & Centre Line drawings
• Coordinate with various consultants involved in the project
• Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP and RCC/Structural drawings
• Support the team during site execution
• Prepare presentation drawings and architectural layouts
