Job summary

Sarang Architects in Mumbai invites applications for Jr. / Sr. Draughtsmen with strong AutoCAD skills and Mumbai development regulation knowledge to prepare accurate drawings and support project documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure timely submission and compliance with BMC drawings, DCPR 2034 and related rules. Ideal candidates have 2–15 years in architectural practice, hands-on experience in residential and commercial Mumbai projects, and a meticulous eye

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD, BMC Drawings, Working Drawings and DCPR 2034.
• Hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify architectural working drawings as per project requirements.
• Prepare and review BMC drawings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work on drawings according to DCPR 2034 for Greater Mumbai.
• Prepare and interpret Pre-DCR drawings and related documentation.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Perform TDR calculations and support related project documentation.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project specs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders for drawing-related requirements.
• Attend meetings with clients and follow up on requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for Jr. / Sr. Draughtsmen with strong experience in architectural working drawings, BMC drawings, AutoCAD, and Mumbai development regulations. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, supporting project documentation, and coordinating with clients and project teams as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify architectural working drawings as per project requirements.
• Prepare and review BMC drawings and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Work on drawings in accordance with DCPR 2034 / applicable Development Control Regulations for Greater Mumbai.

Candidate Profile
