Job summary

Genpact in India seeks an Architect - Application Development Microsoft to own the end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 SCM deployments. You will lead requirement discovery, design scalable integrations, and guide cross-functional teams across Finance, Power Platform, and Azure to deliver transformations and go-live readiness in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Master's in Software Engineering.
• Certifications listed: AZ-204, Power Platform App Maker, ISTE ISTQB and Oracle/Java certifications.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 SCM deployments and enhancements.
• Lead requirement discovery, fit-gap analysis, design and architecture workshops with stakeholders.
• Design scalable solutions across Procurement, Inventory, WMS, S&D, MDM, MRP, Planning, and Production.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Define D365 SCM architecture including integrations, security, data migration, and reporting.
• Advise on configuration vs. customization per Microsoft best practices.
• Design integrations between D365 and enterprise apps using Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with D365 Finance/CRM/Power Platform/Azure teams for cross‑platform processes.
• Review designs and guide consultants, developers, and integration teams.
• Lead design reviews and resolve complex issues.
• Support data migration, cutover, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Identify risks and roadmap with business leadership.
