Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad is seeking a Tech Lead for Enterprise Application with Oracle and Dynamics 365 expertise. You will drive design, architecture, and delivery of ERP integrations across Finance and SCM, coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, solution design, and client engagement. Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Apps, MSCRM Dynamics, and cloud integrations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 on Finance and SCM modules.
• Proficient in solution and integration design for CE portals with Power Apps Canvas Apps.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE integrations, Power Portals, and migrations.
• Ability to create specifications and articulate technical concepts for client proposals.
• Independently work, test, document, and deliver with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis and design of Oracle/ERP integrations and extensions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, draft proposals, and support contracts.
• Develop client-ready solutions, including custom plugins and workflows in MSCRM Dynamics.
• Coordinate multi-team delivery and ensure quality through automated testing and CI.
