Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Thane (Mumbai) City. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating design solutions that align with Earthscapes’ philosophy of preserving environmental balance. Daily tasks include collaborating with landscape designers and engineers, meeting with clients to understand project requirements, and translating those needs into functional, sustainable designs. The role involves overseeing project documentation, supporting integration of design with structural and MEP systems, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes. The Architect will also monitor project progress, participate in site visits, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and sustainable design principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows, such as familiarity with design tools, BIM platforms, and system coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing project execution from design to delivery.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong technical drawing abilities.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with clients and contractors.
• Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Architecture and relevant professional licensure or registration as applicable, with experience in environmentally conscious or landscape-integrated projects considered an advantage.
