Job summary

Hgp Community in Mumbai seeks an architectural drafting professional to produce high-rise, residential and commercial drawings, including RERA and municipal plans. You will coordinate via email with internal departments and external consultants, visit sites for measurements, and prepare detailed working drawings with strong drafting and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate has experience with AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, Photoshop, SketchUp, and PowerPoint, and is comfortable coordinating

Responsibilities

• Preparing drawings related to terms for proposed development (high rise, environment, municipal, RERA, interior).

• Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for residential & commercial projects.
• Well versed with drafting and presentation technical details.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP & other consultants.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparing the drawings related to the terms and conditions mentioned for the proposed development like high rise drawings, environment drawings, municipal dwgs. RERA dwgs, interior drawings of both residential & commercial buildings.
• Coordinating on emails with the concerned departments and consultants, proper documentation of soft & hard copies.
• Should have worked on high rise Residential & Commercial projects.
• Should know Basic Municipal norms.
  
• Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for residential &commercial construction projects.
• Well versed with Drafting & presentation technical details.
• Basic coordinationwith Structural, MEP & other consultants.
  
• Would prefer a candidate from an Architectural consultants firm.

The ideal candidates should have proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint presentations, and other basic computer applications.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have good knowledge ofAutoCad, PPT presentation, Photoshop, Google Sketch up, Revit Architecture and otherbasicapplications.

• Ability to prepare architectural and interior working drawings, municipal drawings, RERA drawings, and all related details.
• Experience in coordinating via email with internal departments and external consultants.
• Previous work on residential and commercial projects.
• Willingness to visit construction sites for measurements and dimensions as needed.
• Skill in presenting drawings.

• Candidates from architectural consulting firms are preferred.
