Job summary

CP Kukreja Architects seeks an experienced Architect to contribute to iconic projects. The candidate should have strong design skills and proficiency in architectural software, with a willingness to learn and collaborate in a dynamic team.

The ideal person will manage drawings, coordinate with engineers and clients, and ensure compliance with local codes. On-site work in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
• 8+ years of experience in architectural design or practice (internships included).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design sense and knowledge of building materials.
• Good knowledge of local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and presentations.
• Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into design concepts.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants on design and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and prepare reports for ongoing projects.
• Prepare working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Help coordinate drawings across different disciplines (structural, MEP, interiors).
• Maintain accurate project records and drawing sets.
