Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering with relevant accreditation.
• 8+ years of experience in architecture, urban/commercial projects preferred.
• Experience translating requirements into practical, design-led solutions.
• Proven ability to manage design documentation and codes compliance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, in-house Architect role based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Daily activities include analyzing requirements, creating and refining architectural designs, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring that designs meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and engineers to integrate architectural solutions with broader project plans, monitor progress, and address design or integration issues. The Architect will also participate in design reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate requirements into coherent, practical solutions.
• Experience with Integration and Software Development in support of architectural concepts, especially for projects involving technology-enabled environments.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables within scope, time, and budget.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Experience using relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective & Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with clients or stakeholders.
• Prior experience in urban or commercial projects in or around Navi Mumbai is an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale architectural projects.
