Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Mysore. The Architect will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects, including drawings, plans, and 3D representations. Responsibilities include coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations, and supporting project planning and execution. The role involves reviewing site conditions, preparing documentation for approvals, and collaborating with contractors and suppliers to resolve design and construction issues. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, present design options, and ensure that project goals related to functionality, aesthetics, and cost are achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, compliant, and aesthetically sound plans.


• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating stakeholders, tracking timelines, and supporting budget and resource planning.


• Understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM, CAD, or project management systems.


• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.


• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent professional qualification; valid professional registration or eligibility is preferred.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and clients.


• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and readiness to visit project sites and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.


• Prior experience in residential or commercial building projects in India or similar markets is an advantage.
