Job summary

Crest Ventures Limited is seeking an Architect with 8–15 years of experience to independently manage architectural projects from concept design to execution. The role focuses on residential building design, feasibility studies, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will develop design concepts, supervise detailing and material choices, and lead project teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.
• Ability to manage residential projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage residential building design and execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies including site analysis, development potential, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop design concepts with emphasis on detailing and materials.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and coordinate working drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and management.
