Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle.
• Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration with the local architectural council.
• Additional beneficial skills include proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), knowledge of local building codes and regulations, strong visual and verbal communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Role Description
