Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong visualization, space planning, and detailing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with effective communication and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in India is preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect / Interior Designer role based in Mumbai. The role involves developing architectural and interior concepts, preparing design presentations, and translating them into detailed drawings and specifications. The Architect / Interior Designer will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, attend site visits, and help resolve design and execution issues. Responsibilities include producing layouts, 3D visualizations, and material boards, as well as supporting project documentation and approvals. The role also requires contributing to project planning, monitoring design progress, and ensuring that design solutions align with project budget, quality, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts into buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion or similar) and presentation tools.
