Job summary

Voyants Solutions is seeking an Architect with 5+ years of experience to lead architectural design for infrastructure and commercial projects. The role requires preparing DPRs, site plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings, while ensuring climate-resilient and sustainable design standards.

The candidate will develop 3D models, renderings, GIS maps, and detailed project documentation, coordinating with multiple services and supporting approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) is required.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably infrastructure/commercial projects.
• Proficiency in CAD/3D modelling/rendering and GIS software.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility, fire safety, and sustainable design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare DPRs, conceptual designs, site plans, architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Develop climate-resilient, accessible, sustainable, and fire/life-safety compliant designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings for infrastructure facilities, landscaping, interiors, and external services.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of finishes, area calculations, and preliminary cost estimates.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and other services.
• Prepare design basis documents covering roads, drainage, sewerage, waste management, solar lighting, and water harvesting.
• Support statutory approvals and incorporate stakeholder/authority comments.
• Prepare 3D models, perspectives, renderings, and GIS maps.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare DPRs, conceptual designs, site plans, architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
• Develop climate-resilient, accessible, sustainable, and fire/life-safety compliant designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings for ferry ghats, infrastructure facilities, landscaping, interiors, and external services.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of finishes, area calculations, and preliminary cost estimates.
• Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, and other services.
• Prepare design basis documents covering all relevant disciplines and external infrastructure such as roads, drainage, sewerage, waste management, solar lighting, and water harvesting.
• Support statutory approvals and incorporate stakeholder/authority comments.
• Prepare 3D models, perspectives, renderings, and GIS maps.
