Job summary

NVT Quality Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Architect for a Design Management & Coordination role in Karnataka. The candidate will bridge internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design coordination and on-time approvals across architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines.

The role requires 5+ years of coordination or design management experience, strong knowledge of codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural coordination or design management roles.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards, and coordination practices.
• Ability to read and understand multi-disciplinary drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective design communication and coordination.
• Review and validate design deliverables from consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements, statutory guidelines, and company standards.
• Conduct regular design coordination meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and facilitate timely approvals.

• Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design compatibility and integration across disciplines.
