Job summary

Role Description

The Architect will work on the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion, including planning, schematic design, design development, and coordination of construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, collaborating with project teams and consultants, reviewing design details for functionality and aesthetics, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves participating in client meetings, supporting project management with timelines and deliverables, and contributing to design presentations and technical reports. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Faridabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing project phases, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools or coordinating digital platforms with project processes.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in common design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, 3D modeling and visualization software).
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
• Prior experience working on institutional, cultural, commercial, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to hybrid working arrangements, and maintain attention to detail under deadlines
