Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed plans and presentations for a range of project types. Responsibilities include assisting with site analysis, creating 2D and 3D design documentation, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to design reviews and client meetings. The role also involves preparing material boards, supporting construction documentation, and ensuring design intent is maintained through project execution. The Junior Architect is expected to collaborate closely with project teams, maintain accurate project records, and adhere to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of design drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, and tracking design deliverables.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to architectural workflows, such as integrating design tools, BIM, or relevant digital platforms, if applicable.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visualization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification, with a portfolio demonstrating design capability.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow design guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback in a collaborative studio environment.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams, and a demonstrated interest in sustainable and context-responsive design.
