Job summary

The Presidential Towers in Bengaluru is hiring 2 Architects / Interior Architects to lead interior design and execution of luxury residential apartments, working closely with the Project Manager and coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors and vendors on site.

You will develop interior layouts, prepare working drawings and 3D visuals, and ensure the design is realised on site with attention to detail and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires B.Arch / Interior Architecture qualification.
• 1–5 years of experience in architecture/interior design.
• Strong AutoCAD skills.
• Experience with SketchUp and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5, etc.).
• Good understanding of residential interiors and construction detailing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior layouts and design concepts for residential apartments.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
• Create 3D models, renders, mood boards, and presentations.
• Coordinate with external designers and consultants.
• Develop in-house design solutions based on project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with site execution teams.

• Assist with material selections, BOQs, specifications, and design documentation.
• Monitor execution to ensure the approved design and quality standards are maintained.
• Assist with snagging, rectification, and apartment handovers.

About the Role

We are looking for 2 Architects / Interior Architects to join our project team at Presidential Towers, Bengaluru, working on the interior design and execution of luxury residential apartments.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both designing and seeing their designs come to life on site.

You will work directly with the Project Manager and coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project.

What You'll Do
