Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture with relevant residential construction/architecture experience expected.
• Experience with residential planning, working drawings, and site execution preferred.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings for residential projects.
• Understand client requirements and develop suitable design concepts.
• Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, interior designers, and site engineers.
• Conduct site visits and assess site conditions, measurements, and requirements.
• Prepare and modify drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure construction follows approved drawings.
• Review drawings, dimensions, materials, and specifications for accuracy.
• Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and revisions.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors when required.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits.
• Resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and revisions.
• Manage multiple residential projects and ensure timely completion.
