Job summary

Total Environment in Bengaluru is seeking an Architect to prepare construction drawings, develop interior design options, and manage GFC documentation with site supervision to ensure compliance with TE standards. The role requires coordinating with Architecture, Structure, MEP, and ID teams to issue drawings on time.

Candidates should have 1–5 years of relevant experience, a B.Arch. degree, and mandatory proficiency in REVIT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.).
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in REVIT is mandatory; experience on large projects preferred.
• Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawings, area statements, diagrams, and views at various project stages as per TE standards.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation meet internal quality benchmarks and standard detailing protocols.
