Job summary

Sanrachna Group is seeking an Architect to prepare designs, layouts, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects. You will coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of architectural drawings, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Real estate/project development exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, layouts, and construction practices.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors and site teams.
• Experience in real estate or project development preferred.
