Ideas by NG is seeking a creative and technically sound Architect to lead projects from concept through execution, preparing design and construction drawings and coordinating with consultants and site teams.

You will ensure what gets built matches the design, with a strong grasp of materials, detailing and on-site execution, and you will review drawings, manage timelines, and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
• 3+ years of architectural design and execution experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to read and prepare working drawings accurately.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations based on client briefs and site conditions.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
• Create and coordinate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Prepare material specifications, schedules, and quantity estimates.
• Visit sites regularly to supervise execution and resolve design or technical issues.
• Review contractor and vendor work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, bylaws, and statutory requirements.
• Present designs and revisions to clients and incorporate feedback.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

We are looking for a creative and technically sound Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate combines strong design sense with a practical understanding of materials, detailing, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations based on client briefs and site conditions

• Create and coordinate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants
