Job summary

Sterling in Mumbai is seeking candidates for an Accounts Receivable – Voice (Healthcare) role. Freshers or 1+ year experience in voice processes preferred. Shifts include 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Transport: only drop facility provided. You will handle outbound calls, verify claim status and eligibility, and follow up with insurance carriers to resolve AR items. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work under SLAs, and collaboration with the team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Outbound calling to insurance companies for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Follow up with insurance carriers based on appointments received from clients.
• Work on outstanding claims and AR reports generated through client-specific software.

Responsibilities
