YUGMA.ai – Campus to Career is expanding its network of industry mentors and trainers, and we’re looking for passionate Freelance Aptitude Trainers / Mentors to join us on a project basis and help students become placement-ready and industry-ready.

This is an excellent opportunity for independent trainers, corporate professionals, academicians, and experienced mentors looking to take up freelance training assignments across colleges and institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, DI and verbal ability.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage students and conduct practice sessions.
• Experience training MBA, MCA, Engineering or other graduates.
• Capable of conducting interactive classroom or online sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead aptitude training sessions for students.
• Prepare practice tests and conduct assessments.
• Engage with colleges and institutions on freelance basis.
• Mentor students to improve employability.

What we’re looking for
