Job summary

AISECT INDIA is seeking an Apprentice Projects Manager to lead apprenticeship and vocational initiatives in Maharashtra. The role focuses on building robust industry and institutional partnerships and ensures mobilisation, implementation and reporting across B.Voc and related skilling programs.

The candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in apprenticeship or vocational education, with an MBA/PGDM or MSW and a technical degree.

• Maintain MIS and compliance documentation.

Position: Apprentice Projects Manager (Apprenticeship and Vocational Studies)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM or MSW, along with a degree in a relevant technical discipline.

The role involves managing apprenticeship and vocational education initiatives while building strong industry and institutional partnerships.

• Manage apprenticeship, B.Voc and vocational skilling initiatives.
• Work closely with industry and institutional partners to drive projects.
• Strong working knowledge of NAPS, NATS, NSQF, Sector Skill Councils, compliance and MIS.
• Build industry linkages and manage projects from mobilisation through implementation and reporting.
• Ensure effective coordination and execution of apprenticeship and vocational programs.
