Job summary

Lodha is seeking highly motivated Engineering Graduates for a one-year apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme. You will assist senior engineers in residential and commercial site operations while following standard processes.

This program offers hands-on learning and exposure to real projects. Stipend of INR 23,000 per month is provided under the NATS, with potential for future employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical (2024/2025 pass-outs).
• Strong interest in MEP Engineering, Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Foundational understanding of engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Duty operations of Engineering services.
• Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot systems, and collect data under supervision.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals, and audit documentation.

The ideal candidate will assist senior engineers in Residential and Commercial site technical operations while adhering to process and operation standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering System Operation: Assist in Duty operations of Engineering services.
• Testing & Analysis: Conduct performance tests, troubleshoot systems, and collect data under supervision.
• Documentation: Prepare technical reports, manuals, and Audit documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to meet site requirements and operations
• Learning & Compliance: Quickly learn industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures

Requirements:
