The Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands‑on, real‑world experience through structured on‑the‑job training within live projects. Apprentices will work closely with Jacobs' senior professionals and project managers, gaining exposure to technical practices, project delivery processes, and organizational culture.
This position is an Apprentice role under the Government of India’s Apprentices Act, 1961, and is part of a structured 1‑year training program. As per the regulations and eligibility criteria prescribed under the Act, Jacobs is required to adhere to the government‑mandated guidelines for apprentice engagement. Therefore, it is mandatory for all applicants to meet the specified eligibility requirements.
A well‑motivated and creative Graduate Mechanical (Preferred), or Chemical Engineer with excellent numerical, logical, and analytical ability who wants to work in Business Development / Sales – Operations for Design Consulting on multi‑disciplinary engineering projects. The work will include support Sales – Operation function with primary focus on supporting Bidding and Post Bid process with coordination with sales and operations, managing proposal timelines, support documentation, pricing and related activities by applying software / MS office, Excel tools as applicable.
