Job summary

Apna Electrician in Pune is launching a certified hands-on apprenticeship program for aspiring electricians. Trainees will work with licensed electricians on live commercial offices, luxury residences, and industrial installations under one-on-one mentorship.

Participants gain practical skills: conduit piping, wiring, device termination, and lighting installation, with a clear path to permanent employment as Junior Electricians after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Completed ITI in Electrical Trade (or currently appearing for final semester exams).
• High enthusiasm to learn hands-on technical skills and build a long-term trade career.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety rules, AC current, and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior electricians and learn electrical wiring, conduit piping, and device termination step by step.
• Assist with tool handling, wire cutting, conduit preparation, and material staging at project locations.
• Learn proper safety precautions, tool calibration, and correct usage of PPE.

Job Title: Apprentice Electrician

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Postal Code: 411014, Maharashtra, IN)

Monthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 / month (Paid Stipend) + Bonus

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

If you have recently completed your ITI Electrical trade course and are looking for a certified electrician fresher job in Pune, Apna Electrician offers one of the region’s most structured apprenticeship programs.

Unlike traditional classroom courses, our apprentices work directly on live commercial corporate offices, luxury residential apartments, and industrial installations under the one-on-one mentorship of licensed senior wiremen and site supervisors.

You will gain hands-on mastery over conduit piping, wire pulling, switchboard termination, LED strip lighting, safety circuit breakers, and fault troubleshooting. Top performing apprentices are offered direct permanent employment as Junior Electricians upon completing their training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shadow senior electricians and learn electrical wiring, conduit piping, and device termination step by step.


• Assist with tool handling, wire cutting, conduit preparation, and material staging at project locations.


• Learn proper safety precautions, tool calibration, and correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).


• Assist in assembling modular switches, socket plates, and lighting fixtures.


• Maintain site tidiness and follow instructions strictly to ensure zero damage to electrical materials.


• Participate actively in weekly trade skills workshops conducted by our senior engineering team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Completed ITI in Electrical Trade (or currently appearing for final semester exams).


• High enthusiasm to learn hands-on technical skills and build a long-term trade career.


• Basic knowledge of electrical safety rules, AC current, and hand tools (pliers, strippers, screwdrivers).


• Physically fit for active site work and ladder climbing.


• Valid government ID proof (Aadhaar Card).


• Commitment to punctuality, discipline, and respectful conduct.
