• Read and implement SLDs, lighting layouts, and AutoCAD drawings accurately.
• Troubleshoot faults, phase imbalances, earthing issues, and short circuits using testing equipment.
• Ensure on-site safety, PPE compliance, and zero-accident protocols on client premises.
• Mentor junior electricians and apprentices to meet company quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• ITI in Electrical trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized government institute.
• Valid PWD Wireman License or Electrical Supervisor License issued by the Government of Maharashtra.
• Minimum 5+ years of practical hands‑on experience in commercial office fit‑outs, residential electrification, or industrial installations in Pune.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Electricity Rules (IE Rules), conduit sizing, earthing pits, and surge protection equipment.
• Hands‑on expertise using insulation testers (Megger), clamp meters, digital multimeters, and hydraulic cable crimpers.
• Must possess own two‑wheeler with valid driving license for commuting across project sites in Pune.
