Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior electricians with wall chasing, conduit installation, wire pulling, and modular switchboard termination across Pune job sites.
• Assemble, test, and mount LED profile lights, decorative fixtures, ceiling fans, and circuit distribution boxes.
• Maintain, inspect, and organize electrical hand tools, drill machines, ladders, and testing meters on the work site.
• Wear mandatory safety gear (helmet, safety boots, insulated gloves) and follow electrical safety protocols at all times.
• Learn single‑line electrical drawings and support senior wiremen during circuit load and continuity checks.
• Ensure work sites are kept clean, orderly, and free of electrical hazards during and after project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Completed ITI Certification in Electrical trade (NCTVT or State Board) or equivalent technical course.
• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on electrical experience (enthusiastic freshers with strong trade aptitude are welcome).
• Fundamental understanding of single‑phase and three‑phase circuits, color coding, earthing, and MCB wiring.
• Ability and willingness to travel to project locations within Pune and Pimpri‑Chinchwad.
• Physical fitness for active on‑site work, tool handling, and ladder climbing.
