Apna Electrician in Pune, Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage multiple turnkey commercial, industrial, and residential projects. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with clients and architects, and ensure milestones are met with strict adherence to drawings and safety standards.

The role requires a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a valid PWD Electrical Supervisor License, 7+ years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel across Pune

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid PWD Electrical Supervisor License issued by the Government of Maharashtra.
• 7+ years electrical experience, incl. 3+ years leading teams on commercial/industrial Pune sites.
• Experience reading SLDs, cable sizing, HT/LT substations, DB load distributions.
• Strong leadership, dispute resolution, and team motivation skills.
• Willingness to supervise across Pune and PCMC; own two-wheeler.

• Enforce rigorous electrical testing prior to project handover.

Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 / month + Project Incentives

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Project based)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Pune to manage commercial office fit‑outs, oversee on‑site technician teams, liaise with clients and architects, and ensure punctual project delivery.

Apna Electrician undertakes high‑standard commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects that demand strict compliance with engineering drawings, safety standards, and project schedules.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with proven technical leadership to manage multiple project sites across Pune. In this crucial position, you will be the primary liaison between project architects, client facility heads, and our on‑site wiring technicians and subcontractors.

You will manage material indents, track progress against project Gantt charts, conduct safety audits, and verify that installations adhere strictly to AutoCAD layouts, single‑line diagrams, and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end‑to‑end site operations for multiple turnkey commercial, industrial, and bungalow projects in Pune.
• Coordinate and deploy teams of senior electricians, technicians, helpers, and specialized panel subcontractors.
• Interpret AutoCAD layouts, schematic drawings, and BOQ specs to plan daily work schedules and material indenting.

• Enforce rigorous electrical testing (earth pit resistance, insulation tests, load balance verification) prior to project handover.
• Oversee material verification upon site arrival and maintain accurate inventory consumption records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid PWD Electrical Supervisor License issued by the Government of Maharashtra.
• 7+ years overall electrical experience, including at least 3 years managing teams on commercial or industrial project sites in Pune.
• Demonstrated expertise in reading electrical SLDs, cable sizing, HT/LT substation equipment, and DB load distributions.
• Strong leadership, dispute resolution, and team motivation skills.
• Own two‑wheeler and willingness to supervise projects across Pune and PCMC.
