Job summary

Pagaar India in Pune's Chakan industrial area invites ITI-certified freshers for on-site roles across multiple trades. Immediate joining is required to work on the factory floor, with training under NAPS and a path to industrial apprenticeships.

Positions include Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, Diesel Mechanic, CNC Operator, reporting to the Line Supervisor and adhering to 5S and PPE standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret basic engineering drawings and handle standard industrial tools safely.
• Assist in assembling heavy mechanical components and read blueprints.
• Operate manual lathe/shaping machines and ensure quality checks.
• Maintain PPE and 5S standards on the shop floor.
• Report to Line Supervisor and meet daily targets.
