Job summary

Universal Sompo General Insurance is seeking a motivated Apprentice to support business applications and assist users with day-to-day operational issues. The candidate should have a basic understanding of Java and a strong willingness to learn application support processes, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service skills.

You will provide first-level support, log and track issues, perform basic troubleshooting, coordinate with development teams, and assist in UAT and deployment

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Java programming.
