The Opportunity:

The Apprentice will support the Quality team in maintaining product and process quality standards while gaining practical experience in quality assurance and quality control activities. This entry-level position involves assisting with inspections, documentation, quality record maintenance, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will learn and apply company quality procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards to ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support inventory verification and material traceability activities when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality-related projects.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
  • Perform other duties and learning assignments as directed by the Quality team.
