Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to monitor QA activities and ensure compliance with standards and policies. Responsibilities include preparing product documentation (Specifications, Protocols, MOA, Labels) and uploading in SAP, updating specifications, and supporting ISO documentation and audits.

The role involves reviewing labels, site visits, coordinating with departments for new product documentation, and ensuring export quality through finished goods checks.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry is required.
• 11-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance in Fine Chemicals.
• Strong conflict management and team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and documentation support to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies.
• Prepare new product documents, including Specifications, Protocols, MOA, and Labels, and upload them in SAP.
• Update label claims, In-house, ROA, FG, and PM specifications.
• Support ISO documentation, SOPs, handling instructions, formats, and audits.
• Review labels and conduct site visits for monitoring purposes.
• Collect details from different departments within the stipulated timeline upon receiving a request for a new product and thereafter prepare the required documents and update the BOM and artwork in SAP.
• Update technical documents related to products as required.
• Ensure defect-free products for export through monitoring & inspecting finished goods checks.
• Prepare product packing and specification files for new products within the given timeframe.
• Handle customer complaints, queries, case study preparation, and field actions.
• Provide technical support to field teams for documentation, certificates, TSE/BSE, and STD VQ requirements.
