Job summary

Saur Energy International is seeking a proactive Pre-sales & Technical Support professional to collaborate with sales, legal and product teams. You will craft technical offers, support customers and partners, and maintain CRM records to ensure accurate project delivery.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage priorities, and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments. This role requires a BE/BTech in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering and knowledge of valve

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose resolutions.
• Submit quality offers on time in coordination with sales, Legal, PMO and factory PSQ teams.
• Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, partners and distributors.
• Attend pre and post-order technical meetings with sales, PMO, product management and BDMs.
• Ensure CRM data is updated regularly.
• Review project requirements accurately and seek clarifications before submitting offers.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work closely with internal and external customer to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible resolution for the given application-based project.
• On time submission of quality offer in coordination with BDM’s, internal & external sales team, Legal team, PMO and factory PSQ’s.
• Provide Pre-sales and technical support to all customers, business partners and distributers.
• Provide technical support and attend the pre and post order technical meeting with sales, PMO, Product management team, BDM's (Wherever applicable).
• Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data are updated regularly.
• Ensure project requirements are reviewed accurately and seek clarifications and approvals from respective collaborators before submitting the offer to customer.
• Ensure on time submission of offer, along with DOA (Delegation of Authority) process compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to establish priorities and multitask.
• Demonstrated teamwork or ability to work in a team environment.
• Should be detailed and an assertive character. Must be able to manage complex situations under pressure.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Desired Educational Qualification

Bachelor in Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering - BE/ B-Tech Graduate

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge in Isolation valve products, Actuators and instrument components will be a added advantage
• Knowledge of testing - destructive and non-destructive testing will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Metallurgy, Material science, Fluid Mechanics will be an added advantage.
