Job summary

Mindgate Solutions is seeking an Application Support professional to monitor MADP infrastructure, perform OS and middleware maintenance, and ensure backup/restoration readiness. The role includes L2 support for bank-specific platforms and collaboration with on-site developers.

The candidate will assist the Banks team, generate reports, handle change requests with UAT/security, and provide 24/7 support and audit documentation. Prior experience across multiple environments is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience on multiple hardware and software environments.
• Data governance or analytics skills preferred.
• Knowledge of JEE enterprise architecture.
• Experience with application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat.

Responsibilities

• Monitor MADP software infrastructure, apps/interfaces/back-end systems and related servers.
• Install and maintain OS, application, middleware and database.
• Handle backup and restoration for all platform components.
• Provide L2 support for customer complaints and platform issues with on-site developers.
• Extend support to the Banks team.
• Generate adhoc reports to monitor availability and performance.
• Provide technical support for monitoring, maintenance and customer support across client apps and platform infrastructure.
• Handle change requests with UAT/security and deployment.
• Provide round-the-clock support services.
• Support complaints and audits.
• Document user manuals.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor the entire MADP software infrastructure and applications / interfaces / backend systems, and related application / web servers.
• Installation and maintenance of operating system, application, middleware and data- base
• Will be responsible for backup and restoration activities for all platform components.
• Should take care of L2 support for customer complaints and platform issues in consultation with the on-site developers.
• Extend necessary support to the Banks team.
• Generation of various adhoc reports to enable the Bank team to monitor the availability and performance of the platform.
• Necessary technical support for monitoring, maintenance and customer support, covering client applications, interfaces and platform infrastructure, facility management, log analysis and technical support.
• Handle change requests along with UAT/security and deployment
• Round the clock support services.
• Complaints and Audit support.
• Documentation of user manuals.

Desired Skills (FMST):

• Must have experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments and be com fortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments
• Should be a trained resource. Bank may cross verify the authenticity of information provided by the vendor.
• Experience on working with One platform for atleast 1 year.
• Data governance /analytics skill preferred
• Knowledge of JEE Enterprise architecture
• Knowledge of working with a variety of application servers like WebLogic, Web- Sphere, JBoss, Tomcat etc.
