Job summary

AQM Technologies Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced Application & Production Support professional for AML with 3–6 years of experience. You will support AML/transaction monitoring applications, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Linux/Unix, SQL, and APIs is required. This is a full-time, office-based role in Mumbai, with EOD/EOM processing and incident management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Mandatory: Experience with AML applications/processes.
• Strong Linux/Unix experience.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience with APIs, preferably REST.
• Experience with incident, service request, and ticket management.
• BFSI/Banking domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for AML/transaction monitoring applications.
• Monitor availability, alerts, APIs, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and production parameters.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform initial investigation, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Use SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Use Linux/Unix commands for log analysis and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and validate REST APIs and API integrations.
• Monitor batch jobs and identify failures.
• Perform daily EOD/EOM activities and production checks.
• Coordinate with Application, Database, Infrastructure, Middleware, and other teams.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Participate in BCP/DR drills and adhere to SLAs.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application & Production Support professional with 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, with mandatory experience in AML applications/processes.

The candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in Linux/Unix, SQL, and APIs, along with experience in production monitoring, incident management, application troubleshooting, batch/job monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for AML / transaction monitoring applications.
• Monitor application availability, alerts, APIs, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and production parameters.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform initial investigation, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Use SQL for data validation, investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Use Linux/Unix commands for log analysis, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and validate REST APIs and API integrations.
• Monitor batch jobs and identify failures, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Perform daily EOD/EOM activities and production checks.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with Application, Database, Infrastructure, Middleware, and other technical teams.
• Provide timely updates to users and stakeholders and escalatE complex issues when required.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in BCP/DR drills and ensure adherence to SLAs and production support processes.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / IT Operations.
• Mandatory: Experience supporting AML applications/processes.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Linux/Unix.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, preferably REST APIs.
• Good understanding of AML / Transaction Monitoring / Financial Crime Compliance processes.
• Experience in incident, service request, and ticket management.
• Experience with application monitoring, batch jobs, interfaces, logs, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience in EOD/EOM processing and operational activities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• BFSI/Banking domain experience is preferred.
