Job summary

Concentrix Bangalore is seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our global team. You will troubleshoot Java 11/ Spring Boot microservices and manage cloud-based services on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on reliability and automation.

The role requires 3–6 years in L1/L2 support or SRE, strong Linux CLI, SQL skills, and experience with GitHub/Jenkins. You will collaborate across ITIL processes to handle incidents and work with DevOps to improve CX for our clients.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in L1/L2 Application Support, Cloud Operations, or SRE role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, and microservices-based application troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – GKE, CloudSQL, Memorystore, IAM, Cloud Logging
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL / CloudSQL – query debugging, data validation, performance diagnostics
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools for application and infrastructure monitoring
• Familiarity with containerized environments – Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, pod lifecycle management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines – GitHub, Jenkins (build/deploy troubleshooting)
• Linux command-line proficiency (log analysis, process management, scripting)
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools for incident lifecycle management
