Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Bengaluru to join its remote-first team. The role requires hands-on work in L1/L2 Application Support, Cloud Operations, or SRE with strong Java 11, Spring Boot, and microservices troubleshooting skills.

You will work with GCP services (GKE, CloudSQL, Memorystore) and SQL databases, diagnose performance issues, and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in L1/L2 Application Support, Cloud Operations, or SRE role.
• Hands-on experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, and microservices-based application troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – GKE, CloudSQL, Memorystore, IAM, Cloud Logging.
• Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL/CloudSQL – query debugging, data validation, performance diagnostics.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with containerized environments – Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, pod lifecycle management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines – GitHub, Jenkins (build/deploy troubleshooting).
• Linux command-line proficiency (log analysis, process management, scripting).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools for incident lifecycle management.
