Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Azure DevOps Engineer in Bengaluru to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and collaborate with development and security teams.

You will work with .NET and Python stacks, containerized workloads, and monitor systems with Prometheus/Grafana while driving incident response and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• Proficient in Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Programming/scripting in .NET, Python, PowerShell, and Linux shell.
• Experience building MSI packages and patching/automation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and troubleshoot complex issues across our cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Build and maintain MSI packages for application deployment and updates.
• Administer and monitor infrastructure on Azure Cloud, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Collaborate with development teams working in .NET and Python to improve system reliability and performance.
• Perform Linux system administration, including patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Lead efforts in VM patching, configuration management, and compliance.
• Proactively identify and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to improve observability and incident response.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience building and deploying MSI packages.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Solid understanding of Docker and container lifecycle.
• Programming/scripting skills in .NET, Python, PowerShell, and Linux shell.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills across infrastructure and application layers.
• Experience with VM patching strategies and tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ‑104, AZ‑400) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
